Number sixteen "The Anchorage" is no exception to this award winning designer's amazing body of work.

An expansive water frontage captures long canal views to the north, while afternoon drinks on the terrace or out on the jetty catch the last rays of sun across the water and sensational sunsets.

The linear shape to the leafy cul de sac, gentle curve of internal walls and an exotic mix of Australian timbers set the scene for a remarkable waterfront residence. Framed by the spreading limbs of a Poinciana, foxtail palm protrude from a box hedge, sandstone underlines a cantilevered roof main entry and large concrete pavers step to the deep charcoal tone of a solid sliding door.

Light streams through tall panels of glass louvres and the strawberry hues of sandstone highlight the honey glow of Tasmanian Ash timber floors.
