    We are writing to let you know how delighted and impressed we were with the service that Arn Smith provided to us during the time he was working to sell our 2 properties at 31 Viewland Drive. He made us, as clients, secure in our decision to go with Laguna because of his professional, friendly and honest approach. 

    Arn is a true professional as well as a gentleman. He was always courteous and understanding of our situation. He was extremely helpful in guiding us to make the right decisions in selling our property.  Arn worked tirelessly and was in constant contact with us, keeping us informed every step of the process. We believe that we truly had an unique property and it was comforting when Arn would reassure us that he believed our property was indeed worth the asking price. He proactively initiated many negotiations in relation to unit 1, including the removal tenants on a long lease, the incorporation of a pet into the body corporate by laws, and a crack in the pool. It was a difficult sale but Arn never shirked his responsibility, remaining positive throughout. Many other real estate agents were in contact with us throughout this time, trying to get our business by assuring us of a sale, however, it was always at a reduced price, but we stuck with Arn who remained true to his word and the sale price he achieved was what we wanted which made us very happy clients.  

    Arn is definitely an asset to your business.  We have no hesitation in recommending him and Laguna to anybody who may be in the market to buy or sell in the Noosa area.  We may no longer have property in the Noosa, however we have made a great friend in Arn.
