About Fernando

Laguna Real Estate is delighted to welcome Fernando to the team, bringing more than five years of real estate experience, including property management.

Originally from Brazil, Fernando gained half of his real estate experience in Porto Alegre, in southern Brazil, before moving to Australia. Having called Australia home for more than four years, he has developed a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle and opportunities the country offers. As a Portuguese native speaker, Fernando is also able to assist and connect with Portuguese-speaking clients and members of the local community.

He is passionate about property and its ability to build long-term wealth, create family assets and provide valuable housing opportunities within the community.

Fernando particularly enjoys the people-focused and varied nature of property management. Friendly and approachable, he values building strong relationships with owners and tenants, finding practical solutions and helping people navigate the different situations that arise.

Away from work, Fernando enjoys Queensland’s outdoor lifestyle, including hiking, exploring national parks and beaches, tennis, surfing and keeping fit. He also enjoys cooking a good BBQ, cars, technology, and classic movies.

Fernando is excited to be part of Laguna Real Estate and looks forward to building strong client relationships while contributing to the high level of service Laguna is known for.
