You will be provided with extensive support to succeed in the role and will have the opportunity to show your talents and grow your success quickly while contributing to the development of the Laguna brand, ensuring both new and existing clients have the best experience possible while offering a personalised and professional service to all our clients. 

Responsibilities

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

  • Writing blogs, property descriptions, e-brochures and newsletters
  • Content creation and social media management
  • Creating flyers, appraisal kits, brochures, newspaper ads and signage
  • Organisation of staff events and competitions
  • Coordinating photography, video and floor plan appointments
  • Uploading listings to web portals, digital display screens and our website
  • Implement new branding & manage the office brand
  • Arranging distribution of regular letterbox advertising
  • Directing Sales and Rental enquiries
  • Day to day tasks such as answering the phone and email inquiries

Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be integral to this position:

  • A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate or in the process of obtaining
  • Current drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Marketing experience or completed tertiary education in related field
  • Knowledge and proficiency in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Jigglar and the Google Suite
  • Prior customer service and phone experience
  • Attention to detail & enthusiasm in maintaining the appearance of the office
  • Positive, personable, and respectful customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure – no day is the same
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment

Property Manager – Laguna Real Estate Noosa Heads

Laguna Real Estate are seeking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to co-manage a portfolio of around 300 properties in stunning Noosa Heads.

You will be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the development of the Laguna brand, ensuring both new and existing clients have the best experience possible. 

Responsibilities

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

  • Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships.
  • Managing and undertaking client focused actions on the property portfolio.
  • Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties and lease renewals.
  • Periodically conducting routine inspections.
  • Diarising inspections and preparation of invites and entry; and
  • Participate in all training and development opportunities.

 Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be integral to this position:

  • A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence.
  • At least 1-3 years of previous experience as a Property Manager.
  • Proven ability working within PropertyMe is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills.
  • First class presentation and communication (both written and verbal).
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential. 
  • First class, friendly customer service comes naturally to you; and
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
