This delightful original waterfront Noosa North Shore three bedroom cottage with private Jetty is the perfect way to relax. Bring you boat or just sit on jetty and throw the line out or watch the boats go by. Access to the property is via the Noosa River Ferry at the end of Moorindil Street. The property is opposite the Marina at Tewantin so you can use the boat ramp on the Tewantin side of river and if you run out of any supplies you are only minutes from Woolworths Supermarket, butchers, the Tewantin RSL or the Royal Mail Hotel.
The living area of the house with lounge, dining and kitchen has fantastic views across and down the Noosa River. On the north eastern side of the house is a balcony where you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun.
The Yard is fenced, waterway is not fenced.

A few kilometres from Noosa North Shore beach where kilometres of pure white sand await, with swimming, surfing, fishing, horse riding and access to the 4WD section of the beach from Teewah all the way to Fraser Island are just some of the many activities that can be enjoyed.
Getting here is easy! Access the Noosa Car Ferry from Tewantin for a quick ride across the Noosa River to the unspoiled Noosa North Shore (Ferry runs continuously from 5:30am to 10:20 Sun to Thu and 12:20am Fri & Sat. Charge is $10.00 per car each way or $20 with trailer or boat

Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Reminders that ‘check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 2.00pm
