Property Manager – Laguna Real Estate Noosa Heads

Laguna Real Estate are seeking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to co-manage a portfolio of around 300 properties in stunning Noosa Heads.

You will be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the development of the Laguna brand, ensuring both new and existing clients have the best experience possible. 

Responsibilities

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:

  • Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships.
  • Managing and undertaking client focused actions on the property portfolio.
  • Being responsible for the ongoing management, repairs, maintenance and arrears management of rental properties and lease renewals.
  • Periodically conducting routine inspections.
  • Diarising inspections and preparation of invites and entry; and
  • Participate in all training and development opportunities.

 Requirements

Placing the right candidate is important to us. Possessing the following attitude, attributes and skills will be integral to this position:

  • A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence.
  • At least 1-3 years of previous experience as a Property Manager.
  • Proven ability working within PropertyMe is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills.
  • First class presentation and communication (both written and verbal).
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential. 
  • First class, friendly customer service comes naturally to you; and
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Growing and maintaining a database and generating new opportunities
  • Conducting appraisals
  • Working with Vendors to prepare their property for sale
  • Running the sales campaign process from start to finish
  • Conducting private inspections and open homes
  • Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email
  • Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships
  • Participate in all training and development opportunities
