Rachel is a driven, organised and a results-oriented Property Manager with a passion for Real Estate. Rachel thrives in the daily operations of property management; asset management and maintenance, marketing and leasing, developing strong landlord and tenant relationships and ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
Her career to-date has afforded her the opportunity to work closely with people, building and maintaining positive rapport, and has provided experience in fast-paced settings where delivery to exacting standards is a given. Rachel is a Gympie local and has long-standing roots in the community. She regularly volunteers at Gympie Junior rugby league and Gympie Girl Guides.

Over the many years we have had our properties managed by Laguna, we would say that generally the service provided has been of a very high standard. Can't speak highly enough about Laguna. I found myself in a tricky position, having to relocate for work after escaping quite a traumatic situation which mean I wasn't the best looking tenant on paper at the time as I was waiting on a contract for my new job and my income protection payments weren't enough to cover the new rent. Rachel at Laguna helped me out every step of the way, was so accommodating, flexible and upfront about everything, and we were fortunate with the owners of the place I rented being so understanding as well. Unfortunately had to leave due to the owners selling and the situation not conducive to my family situation and now having experienced a different real estate here in Gympie (I won't name names but I can give you 21 reasons why not to use them!) who are absolutely atrocious, I am certain I will be back renting again through Laguna when this contract is over, if not sooner!
