With over 870 submissions received nationwide and only 300 finalists shortlisted, the competition was fierce — making Laguna’s multiple nominations even more significant.
Adding to the accomplishment, Laguna Real Estate is one of the leading agencies on the Sunshine Coast to be nominated four times, a rare result that highlights strength across the entire business, not just one department. A genuine standout achievement.

These nominations build on a remarkable legacy of success. Since 2002, Laguna Real Estate has been formally recognised on 64 occasions, reflecting more than two decades of consistent excellence, strong leadership and results-driven service across sales, property management and operations.
Behind the nominations is experience that can’t be faked. Patsy Johnson, finalist for Office Administrator of the Year, has been with Laguna for 15 years, providing knowledge, stability and a level of professionalism that underpins the entire business. Olivier Miller, Director since 1998, has grown Laguna from one office into four thriving offices with 29 staff members, all while maintaining a culture built on integrity, performance and community connection.
A team of Laguna staff members will travel to Sydney to attend the REB National Awards at The Star Sydney on Thursday, 19 February, proudly representing both Laguna Real Estate and the Sunshine Coast on a national stage.
